  • Delivery within Dubai typically takes 1–2 business days after dispatch.

6. Shipping Fees

  • A standard shipping fee of AED 15 applies to orders within Dubai.

  • Free shipping is available on orders of 100 units and above.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and personal care products are subject to restricted returns as permitted under UAE law.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible locations within Dubai.

  • Customers must ensure availability to receive COD orders. Repeated failed or refused COD deliveries may result in restriction of COD services.

9. User Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during checkout.

  • Lavory Beauty Store is not liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.
