Return & Refund Policy – Lavory Beauty Store

This Return & Refund Policy is prepared in accordance with applicable UAE Consumer Protection Laws and applies to all purchases made from Lavory Beauty Store.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic, skincare, and personal care products, returns or refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned or refunded, except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used skincare and body care products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage after delivery

  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items (unless delivered damaged or incorrect)


Inspection & Approval

  • All return requests are subject to inspection and verification.

  • Lavory Beauty Store reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with UAE consumer regulations.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible, or by store credit or bank transfer where applicable.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, subject to verification.

  • Customers may be required to provide valid bank details to facilitate the refund.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

  • Where an exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit will be provided in line with UAE consumer laws.


Failed or Refused Deliveries

  • Orders refused by the customer or returned due to incorrect address details or unavailability at the time of delivery are not eligible for refunds.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law. Lavory Beauty Store remains committed to resolving complaints fairly and transparently.
